Performance Marketing & Growth Manager (Football Academy)
We are looking for a data-driven marketer to own lead generation, paid marketing, and growth funnels across digital platforms. This role is responsible for driving enquiries, demo bookings, and revenue growth through structured performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Marketing (Meta & Google)
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
Google Ads (Search + Display + YouTube)
Run hyperlocal campaigns for each centre
Manage budgets and scaling strategies
2. Funnel Optimization
Design and optimize landing pages for:
Demo sign-ups
Camps & events
Design and improve customer acquisition journey
Ad →Landing page → Lead →Demo→ Paid subscription
3. SEO & Organic Growth
Build long-term discovery through:
Local SEO (Google Maps rankings for centres)
Keyword targeting (e.g., “football academy near me”)
Optimize website content & blogs
4. Lead Management Alignment with operations team
Work with sales/centre teams to:
Track lead quality
Improve follow-ups
Ensure no lead leakage
5. Offline Marketing & Hyperlocal Activations
Plan hyperlocal marketing initiatives around each centre:
School tie-ups
Society activations
Mini football events / tournaments
Events in residential communities
Identify high-potential catchment areas within 3–5 km radius of each centre
Integrate offline efforts with digital campaigns (retargeting, lead capture, follow-ups)
Who This Role Is For
2–5 years experience in performance marketing
Has managed real ad budgets (not just internships)
Understands CAC, LTV, ROAS
Comfortable with numbers, not just creatives
Can take ownership of revenue targets
Skills Required
Meta Ads & Google Ads expertise
Funnel thinking (very important)
SEO basics (local + on-page)
Data analysis & reporting
Landing page optimization
