Job Description
We are seeking a result-oriented Business Development Executive with proven field sales experience to drive both B2B and B2C growth in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be confident in client acquisition, deal closure, and revenue generation while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales by targeting corporates, educational institutions, builders, sports clubs, and channel partners
- Handle and convert company-generated B2C leads into successful closures
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, and project discussions with internal teams
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Lead negotiations and deal closures to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor and follow up on payments, collections, and revenue tracking
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate periodic sales reports
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in field sales and client acquisition
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Experience handling collections and payment follow-ups
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
